Wonderful Staff! Pam and Brittany are a joy. As for the processing !!! A-1 service. Quality cuts. Being carnivore they add fat to my hamburger to make sure I have the best tasting 70% burger. My wife who is a steak lover enjoys her rib eyes cut to perfection.

Excellent quality on the cuts and the burger has a good fat content. One other thing about the Beef processing is the grind of the burger. It is that wonderful grind you find down in Carver County that is just a little coarser and thus makes a great, great, burger. Final review on their Summer Sausage. It is hard to find this old school flavor and quality. Excellent Summer Sausage... Almost a Thuringer with that touch of Garlic that is an obvious German influence from the old world still showing up. The workers are polite and know what they are talking about. Packing/Wrapping is neat and tidy. Top Drawer Shop. Will gladly use A&M again.
