It is that wonderful grind you find down in Carver County that is just a little coarser and thus makes a great, great, burger. Final review on their Summer Sausage. It is hard to find this old school flavor and quality. Excellent Summer Sausage... Almost a Thuringer with that touch of Garlic that is an obvious German influence from the old world still showing up. The workers are polite and know what they are talking about. Packing/Wrapping is neat and tidy. Top Drawer Shop. Will gladly use A&M again.”
